Built on Hard Work
The day I turned sixteen, I clocked in for my first job—and I never looked back. I learned the value of hard work through early mornings, sore muscles, and the quiet pride that comes from earning your pay. I took on whatever jobs I could find: stocking grocery shelves, moving pallets in warehouses, driving forklifts and delivery trucks, clearing brush for fire prevention, and working construction.
Those years shaped me. They taught me how to grind, how to show up no matter what, and how to take pride in doing hard things well. That same work ethic drives how I practice law today—because I’ve walked in my clients’ boots.
Why I Represent Injured Workers
I know what it feels like when your body gives out before your work ethic does. I understand the fear of lost wages, the stress of unanswered calls from an insurance company, and the strain that it puts on a family. I represent injured workers and the families of those who lost their lives at work—because no one should have to fight alone when everything’s on the line.
Every case is an uphill battle: one person and their family against a powerful insurance company. There’s no level playing field—but I’m not here for level. I’m here to fight. My work is about showing up for people in their hardest moments and making sure they’re seen, heard, and protected.
Supreme Court Experience, Supreme-Level Advocacy
Before representing injured workers full-time, I had the honor of clerking for a Justice at the Idaho Supreme Court. There, I worked on complex legal issues in Idaho and saw firsthand how critical it is to get the law right. That experience sharpened my legal skills and deepened my resolve to stand up for those who don’t have teams of lawyers on their side.
If the Idaho Industrial Commission gets your case wrong, I won’t hesitate to take it all the way to the Idaho Supreme Court. I’ve been there—and I know how to fight at that level.
Credentials That Back It Up
I graduated first in my class from the University of Idaho College of Law and now practice workers’ compensation law throughout the state. I help injured workers and their families stand up to insurance companies that delay or deny rightful benefits. My clients are the people who keep this state running—with their hands, backs, and grit. And when they get hurt, I don’t just show up—I suit up for a fight.
More Than a Lawyer: Husband, Father, Foster Parent, Coach
Outside the courtroom, I’m a husband, dad, foster parent, and coach. My wife and I have been fostering children since 2018, and we’re raising a big, beautiful family that keeps us on our toes. I coach youth soccer and spend my early mornings in the gym—because staying strong, physically and mentally, matters in this work.
This Isn’t Just a Job—It’s a Calling
For me, representing injured workers and their families isn’t just a job. It’s a calling. I fight for the workers of Idaho—and I do it with everything I’ve got.
